Beyond These Releases

VIP access across the GTA's top builders.

Most of what's available isn't public yet. Matthew works directly with builder and brokerage portals across the region, which means early access, VIP pricing, and first pick of units for clients who register their interest before a project goes public.

Good to Know

Common questions

Does it cost anything to use a buyer's agent?

Generally no — on resale, buyer representation is typically paid from the seller's side; on new construction, it's typically paid by the builder. Your specific situation will be confirmed before any agreement is signed.

What areas do you serve?

The Greater Toronto Area — including active work in King City on the current Fifth Avenue Homes release, backed by the reach of Gervasi Real Estate Group.

Do you handle commercial and industrial deals too?

Yes — leasing, buying, and selling. It's a smaller share of the practice than residential, but the same local knowledge applies.

I'm a realtor — how do referrals and co-op deals work?

Use the form above and select "Realtor." For a straight referral, a standard referral agreement is set up before any introduction; for co-op deals, commission follows the applicable listing or new-home co-op terms.
